Author, speaker, and entrepreneur, Bruce Kasanoff recently published a quick guide to figuring out what you love to do. It involves mapping your strengths, passions and obligations to find the “sweet spot” where all three things overlap. He says, “When you make a map like this, even if it’s on the back of a napkin, you create a more realistic picture of how what you love to do matches with what you are really good at doing. They are not always exactly the same.” This simple exercise reminds us how important it is to be passionate and focused with your life and work. Even if you are already pursuing something you love, doing this can help keep your life can on track.
