Today we’d like to share one of Lauren’s most poignant thoughts from behind on the scenes on risk and overcoming fear.
Lauren Bush Lauren: I still have the fear. I think the fear doesn’t go away. In fact, I love the fear. It makes me grow. I would encourage people to not be afraid of the fear, but kind of embrace it. It’s not going to kill you. I’ve met great, more established business leaders and they still have fear. I think that fear keeps you in check, keeps you humble, keeps you working hard. I think it’s a really important ingredient.
