Caring about your health is a “keystone behavior” – making an improvement in this part of your life will cascade into other areas of your life. Which of course, is when remarkability begins to kick in.
For today’s challenge, it doesn’t matter what you do – kickboxing, tai chi, yoga – you name it. Just turn on a YouTube video or head out to a class and try something you’ve never tried before.
We wanted to take some of the guesswork out of it for you so we asked our friend Kajal from Doonya to share some videos with us (you probably recognize Kajal from this great guest post she wrote about how she lives grey). Doonya is a workout inspired by Bollywood-dance roots so get your dancing shoes on!
